With the tier 1 guilds on suspension for squabbling, it was time for the server's casuals to band together and take down all the big game!

Repop day this past weekend was a good one for our small squad. 

• A couple of deaths on Severilous FTE ended with Aegis on top!  Best loot table from Sev I've ever seen, well besides that one 2 scale drop.

• CT spawned Fear Golems.  A ballzy no cleric engage on Terror ended with a near full wipe but Riot was able to help us finish him off so we didn't end up training them with a golem.  Slime Blood obtained!

• Lady Vox popped just before our Sky raid time.  Raced against AG/FD but a hasty engage cost us the attempt.

Due to some concessions in WToV this weekend Aegis got another rare uncontested shot at LTK.  Teamed up with Lighthouse and almost had a flawless kill!

Grats winners on Gauntlets of Stability and Silver Girdle of Stability.

Such an amazing month or so for our (currently) small raid force.  3 Shaman, 2 Necro, 1 Bard, 1 Shadow Knight, 1 Paladin (Final turn in needed), 1 Rogue, 1 Mage (Earth staff obtained but Sky and a few camps needed) and a Monk

Congrats to  Daww, Thiccc, Fabb, Erlig, Khaymann, Zierox, Motherofcats, Mirram, Stickyhands and Hissie on obtaining epics!  Let's keep this gravy train rolling.

8/29 Server reset was a ton of fun and brought Aegis some much sought after rare loot!  ALS's first Staff of Elemental Mastery: Earth!  ALS will soon have achieved every epic available! Congrats Vanenia.

8/28 - Fear Golem race vs Freedom - Golems popped over night and we gathered in Feerrott at 10:30 am to race Freedom.  A fast FTE on Terror by Aegis but Freedom was able to shift gears fast and FTE Fright soon after.  The ensuing DPS race was won by mere seconds but saw Aegis victorious!!  Kiters all died and Aegis and Freedom's hard work was met with a full wipe and a struggle of a CR.

Later in the evening Rainik tracking Plane of Hate spots Magi P'Tasa up!  Aegis quickly mobilized and killed Magi in short order.  Sadly no Earth staff.  Sorry Mages.

Earthquake on 8/14

• Severilous FTE but wiped due to low numbers and lack of buffs.  A good hard fight by those present though.  We will get him next time for sure.
• Plane of Fear golems - Quick recovery in Emerald Jungle and moved to Plane of Fear one step behind Riot.  FTE'd and killed Terror while Riot was engaged on Dracho.  Riot then engaged dread giving Aegis a fair chance at Fright!

    • Child's Tear (Shaman Epic!).  Congrats to Thiccc for a completed Shaman epic 2 days later!
• As our final quake effort we took a chance with a small crew of level 52 characters backed by a couple level 60's and went after Lady Vox next.  After several struggles with buggy positioning of Vox within her lair, and fear pathing issues causing adds, Aegis finally came out on top in a near flawless final attempt!  Big thanks to KWSM and TSS for not trying to contest till we had a few attempts.  And a huge thanks to Xord for coming out for enchanter buffs and mana sieve's.
